Can't or Won't?
Too many companies in the US focus on cutting costs over building value. So they fail to invest in infrastructure and instead spend billions on advertising instead of making a better product.
It is easier to sell something that seems good instead of something that is good.

There will be STUFF! And THINGS!
And people will applaud, even though it isn't what was on their wish lists. At the end, someone will sing. ![]() Doc |

Ken,
I installed the MacOS software update this morning - beware! When my iMac core2 duo restarted it had a logon which I had not had before. I could select Guest or my name and password. I entered my password and it did not accept it. I called Apple support. Since I did not have the serial number, I had to find my Snow Leopard disc. The Apple Tech said I had to change my password. The tech walked me through changing my password which unfortunately replaced my keychain. I now have to reenter my username and password for all on the keychain, such as when checking my email, etc. This software update should not be installed until Apple fixes this bug! Thanks, Larry |

I have'nt been able to listen to MacOS Ken on a consistant basis for a while. I heard Ken mention it once Apple was looking into 3G problems of slowness and heat issues once the phone is upgraded to iOS4.
Anybody have a fix? The Genius Bar swapped my phone to one with iOS3, but that only worked for a few days. I wasn't paying attention and my clicking allowed iTunes to update the replacement phone to 4. I have tried all kinds of things. Restoring to a backup prior to the release of 4, mutliple hard resets, and force quits. Nothing really pulls the phone out of MOLASSES mode. I'm ready to cut and run to an Android! I still have all of my other Apple products to keep me happy. |

Anyone who wants to make a topic about something discussed on the call-in show can make one here. I think the bigger thing is the other way around – getting the forums into the show. I'm right now listening to the three episodes on iTunes right now hoping to hear a few plugs for the forums every 5 minutes.
If there is enough conversation and random bits where I should separate them like two parts of time and space that should never have touched, then I'll go ahead and do it. |
