Apple Orders Third and Fourth Seasons of “Slow Horses”

02 JUNE 2022 - We knew about a second season of “Slow Horses,” but it turns out there are at least two more in the offing as well. The finale of season one ended with a trailer for season two. Now, Apple has issued a press release announcing orders for seasons three and four. Describing the series, Apple says:

“Slow Horses” is a darkly humorous espionage drama that follows a dysfunctional team of British intelligence agents who serve in a dumping-ground department of MI5 known un-affectionately as Slough House.

Based on a series of novels by Mick Herron, the release says season three will see the:

…disgraced spies work together to foil a rogue agent when one of their own is kidnapped. Season four opens with a bombing that detonates personal secrets, rocking the already unstable foundations of Slough House.

No word on when any of the next three seasons will hit the screen.
