Over the Air Update Brings Apple’s CarPlay to Polestar 2

23 JUNE 2022 - A car powered by Android can now play Apple’s way. Engadget says electric vehicle-maker Polestar has made an over-the-air update available for the Polestar 2, making Apple’s “CarPlay available on the Android Automotive-based sedan.” Polestar made the announcement via Twitter, saying:

The most fun part about driving a Polestar is driving it, but there's more to it. Our latest over-the-air update for the Polestar 2 comes with Apple CarPlay, allowing Polestar owners with an iPhone to change music, use apps, and communicate through Siri or the infotainment system
