If we can be much better without being different, that’d be fine with me.
Those are great comments, though my favorite part (so far) is at around 42:40 where Jobs praises HP Palm Apple exec Jon Rubinstein, then running Apple's hardware operations, and saying, "I’d trust him with my life," and "he's really, really, really good."
